What if my timings change after I've booked you?
As long as their not a major change then everything should still run ok with ourselves as we aim to arrive in plenty time.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £100.
How much time do you need to set up?
We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
As our set list is made up from various dances it may be more harder to select certain prices. We want to ensure you get the full ceilidh experience
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
We will provide all the equipment required from our side of the booking. Instruments. PA system etc.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
On some occasions this can be done but due to our speciality being ceilidh dancing sometimes this can be a bit challenging.
What do your clients love most about your performances?
We are an energetic band. Full of fun and love for the music and dances we do. Ceilidh dancing is a great way to get people mixing and the atmosphere that can be achieved is brilliant.
Which venues have you performed at in the past?
We have performed in many venues. We performed at the Royal Highland Show for 2 years, Played for BBC Countryfile on TV. We have performed on cruise ships in dock. And even been on BBC Radio Scotland numerous times.
Which artists have you been most influenced by?
Various Scottish dance bands
What is the most high profile gig you've performed?
We were very lucky to be tasked with playing for the opening of the borders railway line between Edinburgh and Galashiels. Along with the Royal Highland Show on many occasions
