Dovedale Duo

The Dovedale Duo is the culmination of a long standing musical friendship between pianist Eleanor Kornas and violinist Emma Purslow. They met at the age of thirteen at Chetham's School of Music, and since renewing their partnership in 2015 have performed in exciting venues both at home and abroad. They were the New Generation Young Artists in Residence at the Stift International Festival in Holland in 2017and appeared in recital in Cividale de Fruili in Italy in 2016. They have also enjoyed appearing in recital at St James Piccadilly among other venues in London, and look forward to appearing at the Elgar Rooms, Royal Albert Hall in November.
