Christ's College Music Society (CCMS)

Christ’s College Music Society (CCMS) is one of College’s most established and vibrant societies. Whatever your musical ability, or whether you just want to listen to some fantastic concerts, CCMS has something for you. CCMS organises a variety of ensembles, all of which are open to players of any ability. With Christ’s Voices, Orchestra, Chamber Music, and Jazz, as well as our close links with the Christ’s College Chapel Choir, we have opportunities for a wide range of musical styles and abilities. CCMS puts on a large number of concerts and events throughout the year, from our large concerts in Michaelmas and Lent, to recitals, Week 5 Blues jazz nights, our annual Charles Blackham Memorial recital competition, the CCMS black-tie dinner, and May Week Garden Party.
