Chris can provide guitar music suitable for formal receptions or dinner music or less formal parties and events and performs a wide range of material in a distinctive style. A range of suitable amplification is available to suit the venue which can where needed be battery powered. Mellow Guitar is ideal in situations where the sound level needs to be controlled while contributing to the atmosphere in an entertaining way and Chris has experience of playing in a variety of venues such as function suites, restaurants, art galleries, garden parties and other open air events. Chris uses some of his own prerecorded rhythm guitar tracks to provide accompaniment on some tunes, particularly those which are jazz standards.

Mellowtone Jazz played at my 60th birthday Sunday lunch at Poets House hotel in Ely yesterday . I can not recommend them highly enough. They were professional and helpful in all my dealings with them . They were flexible , accommodating , and most importantly - their music was great ! We just had the Mellowtone Jazz trio play at my husband's 80th birthday BBQ. It was a lovely sunny afternoon, we had great food and wine all topped off with perfect music. The trio just add such a wonderful ambiance to an event. As loud or as quiet as you like.......so so easy going. I would definitely recommend these guys. Carole (10 / 10)
