The Cartol String Quartet are four professional string players with a passion for performing at weddings and special events. With members based in Cardiff and Bath, we best cater for the areas of S.Wales and the S.East of England. The quartet can perform a range of classical or more popular songs to suit the feel of your event, and will consider arranging specific songs if we cannot source the music that you have requested. All purchase/arrangement requests are considered on an individual basis. We have public liability insurance to perform at all events and are exceptionally well-trained, with undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications from top UK universities and conservatoires. We can wear colour or black to suit you. Even though we are in our element as a quartet, and this is what we love doing the most, we like to consider the needs and budget of every client and so can also be hired as a string trio or duo. The Cartol String Quartet were fantastic and perfect for our wedding breakfast - the ambiance created was amazing. They play a wide range of songs that suits anyone's taste (from classical to modern pop). They're very professional and flexible - as we were having a Welsh wedding they created special arrangements of Welsh hymns for us, which really made the day special. We highly recommend this group!
You guys were absolutely incredible, they music was wonderful and it really added an extra level of magic to the day so thank you so much!
