Benjamin Pugh

During his studies at university (undergrad and postgrad), Benjamin Pugh has undergone many projects which gave him a wide range of skills, playing styles including Classical, New Orleans, Folk and Klezmer. He has also participated in bringing music to people's living rooms as part of the Davy Jones' Locker project based in Kent where he performed solo works by living composers while undergoing study at Canterbury Christchurch University. During his master's at the University of Salford, he delved deeply into the world of brass banding and has played in contests with bands that have produced good results and sometimes have been awarded first place as well. Now he has completed his master's in music at the University of Salford, he looks for more musical challenges and opportunities to expand upon his playing and boost his career.
