Clarinet Trio formed at the RNCM in 2013. Based in Manchester

Aeris was formed at the end of 2013 and are now actively performing a great variety of repertoire in concert around the North West. As an ensemble they regularly perform in masterclasses and concert internally and externally from the RNCM including performances for Andreas Ottensamer (Principal Clarinet of the Berliner Philharmoniker), Leonard Elschenbroich (Sitkovetsky Trio) and Florian Streich (Notos Quartet). Aeris has also played in masterclasses with Paul Barritt, Petr Prause (Talich Quartet), Jeremy Young (Manchester Piano Trio), Melinda Maxwell, Lynsey Marsh and Frans Helmerson. In May 2015, as ambassadors of the Royal Northern College of Music, the Aeris Trio won 1st Prize 'cum laude' in their category at the 63rd European Music Festival for Youth in Neerpelt, Belgium.
