Since completing her studies at The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Aelfwyn has been performing, teaching and exploring music across the genres. As a classically trained violinist she has performed with renowned artists, such as Antonio Forcine, and has created her own acts centred on the violin. A versatile performer, Aelfwyn has worked with a diverse range of artists from Muse to touring as a multi-instrumentalist and vocalist with the worlds only human jukebox as well as writing string arrangements, composing and exploring live looping. She has also been lucky enough to work with incredible world class circus artists creating recorded and live music for bespoke shows, such as Arbor Circus performance of 'Spring' for Glastonbury 2014 which won the judges choice at the Circus Maximus competition 2014

Do you have different line-up options?

String Trio or Quartet

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Please get in touch if there are any changes. We can then discuss options, which can normally be easily accommodated.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually set up between an hour to 30 minutes before start time. I can play background music if requested before the live playing begins and in breaks.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

You can pick pieces from the set list, with a full list on request. If your song is not on the list you can request which songs you would like with up to 2 new song requests included in the quoted fee.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes. I include up to 2 specific pieces (i.e. not in my current repertoire) in my fee. Any additional pieces cost an additional £30 per song to take into account rehearsal time.
